Important Reminders

  • We are looking for parents to assist with an extended lunch recess duty on Wednesday, March 17. Please call Mrs. Cummings in the office (310/838-3144) if you are available to help.

  • Mrs. Martini will be conducting a new art class beginning March 17: Animals of Africa. See the flyer on the web page for more information.

  • Did you miss out on ordering your DVD of the 2009 Saxon Christmas Show? There are still some available. If you would like to order one, please submit $10.00 in an envelope labeled with your child’s name and grade and “DVD Christmas Show Order.”

  • Saxon yearbooks are still on sale for $30.00 each; after April 9, yearbooks will cost $35.00 each. Please submit your Yearbook order form and money in an envelope labeled with your child’s name and grade, and titled “Yearbook Order.”

  • The ASB Easter Candy Drive ends March 18. Chocolate bunnies and Easter Candy Almonds can be purchased for $5.00 each. Additional Order Forms can be picked up from the office. All funds collected will be used to sponsor Hawaiian Day and Multicultural Week activities.

  • The PTO Sports Booster Club is seeking donations of napkins, paper plates, juices, cookies, chips, and pizza for its weekly pizza sales. Donations can be dropped off with Mrs. Cummings in the office.

  • Have you registered for our new lunch program? You still can. Please note that your child will not be able to receive an Emergency lunch unless registered in the program. If you have any questions or need additional information please feel free to email Rosie Sanchez/PTO Lunch Program Chairperson rosie@sanchez.tv.
